We are so glad to have you on the team! Child Evangelism Fellowship® has a screening process to help protect you and the children we serve.

You can now do the paperwork online.

If you would like to do the paperwork on real paper, click here to download and print the forms. You can also call 937-274-9781 and we will mail you the paperwork.

Online Volunteer Paperwork Process for New and Current Workers

Here are the steps if you are a new volunteer:

  1. Read the Child Protection Policy (download it here), then return to this page for the next step.

  2. Complete the Background Check and Ministry Compliance Agreement. Click here for instructions and the link to the online form. There is a link in the online form to review the CEF Child Protection Policy presentation - be sure to do that before continuing.

  3. Read and sign electronically the Good News Club® guidelines and safety reminders here.

  4. Read and sign the Photography and Video Release here (optional)

  5. The last step is to complete a brief face-to-face interview, which can be done either in-person or through a video call. We will contact you to set up the interview!

Here are the steps if you are a current volunteer:

If you have served with Child Evangelism Fellowship in the past 12 months and if it has been less than 5 years since your last CEF® background check:

  1. Read and electronically sign the Statement of Faith and Ministry Compliance Agreement. Click here for the online form. Be sure to read the Statement of Faith and click on the link within that form to review the CEF Child Protection Policy presentation before signing it.

  2. Read and electronically sign the Good News Club® guidelines and safety reminders here.

If you have not served with CEF® in the past 12 months or if it has been 5 years since your last CEF background check:

  1. Read the Child Protection Policy (download it here), then return to this page for the next step.

  2. Complete the Background Check and Ministry Compliance Agreement. Click here for instructions and the link to the online form. There is a link in the online form to review the CEF Child Protection Policy presentation - be sure to do that before continuing.

  3. Read and electronically sign the Good News Club® guidelines and safety reminders here. This is your last step!
